How we handle the details you send through this website.

Who we are

LEAP AI Agency is responsible for the personal details you share with us through this website. You can reach us at LeapAI.agency@gmail.com. We’ll add our registered company details here once the company is registered. If we handle your customers’ details for you, our data protection terms apply to those details.

What we collect

When you ask for a demo, we collect your name, email, phone number if you give it, your business or project details, your survey answers, and the logo and photos you add. Enquiries and chat messages are collected too. If you buy from us, we also keep your name or business name, email, billing details, what you bought and whether it was paid. We also store a scrambled version of your internet address, which helps us stop spam.

Payments

Revolut handles payments through the links we email you. Your card details go straight to Revolut, and we never see or store them. Revolut uses your details to take the payment, prevent fraud and meet its legal duties.

The chat

The chat is an AI assistant, not a person. Your messages go to our AI provider so it can write replies, so please don’t share sensitive details. Your conversation stays in your browser until you close the tab. We don’t save it in our records unless you leave your details, and then we use them in the same way as a demo request.

Why we use it

To reply to you and build your demo, because you’ve asked us to before any contract.
To provide and charge for what you buy, because that’s our contract with you.
To keep tax and accounting records, because the law requires it.
To keep this site safe and stop spam, because that’s in our legitimate interests.

We don’t sell your details, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Who sees it

Our team, and these providers:

Supabase stores what you send through this site, in London.
n8n runs the chat and our email automation, in the EU.
Anthropic provides the AI behind the chat, in the US.
Google handles our email, in the US and other countries.
Vercel hosts this website, in the US and other countries.
Revolut takes payments, as set out in its own privacy notice.

Some of these providers are outside the UK and EU. Where your details leave those areas, we rely on legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and enquiries: deleted automatically 12 months after we last spoke, if we don’t work together.
Clients: for as long as we work together, then as long as tax law requires, usually up to seven years.
Chat messages: our AI provider may keep them for up to 30 days.

This site doesn’t set tracking or advertising cookies. If you pause the animation, choose a market or start the demo form, your browser remembers that on your device.

Your rights and complaints

You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, object to how we use it, or complain, by emailing LeapAI.agency@gmail.com. We’ll reply within one month. In the UK you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office, and in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. We give customers everywhere the same rights, and you can also use any route that your local law gives you.
