Who do you work with?

Is the demo really free?

Yes. You pay only if you want to go ahead.

Do I have to speak to anyone?

No. Fill in the demo form and add your logo, and we’ll email you the link.

What does the free demo include?

It’s a front-end preview that shows the design and the flow of the animation. You can open it and click through it, but features such as forms and payments aren’t connected, and it isn’t handed over to you. If you go ahead, we finish it and add what you need.

Can you add online payments to my website?

Yes. Once you’ve seen the demo, tell us what you’d like added or changed, such as taking payments on your site. We’ll agree any extra cost before we start.

Do I pay a deposit?

No. Websites are paid in full when you decide to go ahead, because we finish them quickly.

How do I pay?

Tell us you’d like to go ahead, and we’ll email you a secure payment link. We never see your card details.

How do monthly fees work?

We email you a payment link each month. If a fee is still unpaid 14 days after our payment notice, the service is paused.

Do I pay VAT on top?

No. We don’t charge VAT at the moment. If that changes, we’ll tell you before it applies.

What’s the difference between Local SEO and Growth SEO?

Local SEO gets you found by people nearby, mainly on Google Maps. Growth SEO adds your website, AI assistants and a plan to earn real reviews, so you can be found for more searches.

What’s the difference between Connect, Automate and Run?

Connect keeps you informed: AI reads your email and calendar and sends you summaries. Automate adds one or two repeat jobs that AI does for you to approve. Run adds more repeat jobs across your business, and we improve it every month. Each level includes the one before it.

How is the AI chatbot different?

It talks to visitors on your website. Connect, Automate and Run work behind the scenes on your own email and tools.

What does the AI setup monthly fee cover?

Running your setup: AI costs at normal use, monitoring, fixes and a monthly report. If your use grows a lot, we’ll talk to you before anything changes.

When do AI setup monthly fees start?

As soon as you sign up.

How is the monthly fee set for Automate and Run?

It’s negotiable. We agree it with you based on your business and how much work the AI does.

Why does Run say “from”?

Run depends on how many jobs you need, so we agree the number of jobs and the final price with you.

Are AI tools included?

Yes. The AI and automation tools we use to run your setup are included. Your own apps, such as email or your CRM, stay on your own plans.

Is there a minimum term?

No. You can cancel SEO or AI setup at any time, and your service runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Can I get a refund?

We don’t give refunds, except where the law gives you a right to one. Private customers in the UK and EU can usually cancel within 14 days, as our terms explain. You also see a free demo before you pay for a website.

What happens if I cancel AI setup or stop paying?

Your AI setup stops running. Your own email, files, accounts and data stay yours, and they carry on as normal.

How much does 3D model design cost?

It’s a paid extra, and the cost depends on the model. We agree the price with you before we start.

What about website hosting and domains?

Your domain stays in your name. We agree hosting and its cost with you when you go ahead.

What happens after launch?

We fix anything that isn’t working as agreed. Changes and new features are quoted first, so you always know the cost.
