Connect, Automate and Run are three levels of the same service, working behind the scenes on your own email and tools. Each level includes everything in the one before it.

How the service works

You keep your own email, files, accounts and data. You sign in to connect them, and you can disconnect them at any time.

We build and run your setup on our own systems, so there’s nothing for you to install, host or maintain.

The setup fee covers connecting your tools and building your setup. The monthly fee starts as soon as you sign up. It covers running your setup, including AI costs at normal use. For Automate and Run, it’s negotiable and based on your business. If your use grows a lot, we’ll talk to you before anything changes.

There’s no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, and your service runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.

If your subscription ends, your AI setup stops. Your own tools and data carry on as normal.

What we won’t do

  • Give AI more access than it needs
  • Send anything risky to your customers without approval
  • Hold back your data or accounts if you leave
  • Claim hours saved that we haven’t measured

Questions

What counts as a repeat job?
A task someone does the same way again and again, such as replying to enquiries, preparing quotes, sending follow-ups or building a weekly report. We agree which jobs to start with before we build anything.
How many jobs does each package include?
Connect doesn’t include any. Automate includes one or two. With Run, it depends on what you need, so we agree the number of jobs with you.
Will AI send anything without me seeing it?
No, not unless you ask it to. We start with drafts, and a person sends anything that goes to a customer. A job only becomes fully automatic if you ask in writing and it has run cleanly on real examples.
Do I have to change my tools?
No. We connect the tools you already use, such as your email, calendar, files and CRM. You sign in to each one yourself on a short screen share, so nobody sends a password.
Can I start small and move up later?
Yes. You can start with one level and move up when you’re ready. We’ll agree the cost with you first.
What can AI see?
Only what each job needs, because we use the lowest access that works. We don’t keep the content of jobs that run normally. If a job fails, its details may be kept until we’ve fixed it. Read our data protection terms.
How do you know how much time I’ve saved?
We record how long the work takes before we start, then report against that each month. Anything we estimate is labelled as an estimate.
How long does setup take?
Setup is quick. The timing depends on your tools, so we’ll confirm it when we start.
